Artwork Purchases

All artwork purchases are subject to the following terms:

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase will be honored.
• Availability: We strive to keep our inventory information accurate, but artwork availability is subject to confirmation.
• Payment: We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment must be received in full before artwork is shipped or released.
• Shipping: Shipping costs and methods will be discussed at the time of purchase. We take great care in packaging artwork for safe delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final. However, if an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and artwork reproductions, is the property of Petr One Twin Gallery or the artist Petronas Twin and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without express written permission.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each original artwork purchased from our gallery comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. This certificate includes detailed information about the artwork, including title, dimensions, medium, year of creation, and provenance.

Gallery Visits

Visitors to our physical gallery location in Kuala Lumpur are expected to respect the artwork and gallery space. Photography of artwork is permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography or reproduction of artwork requires written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petr One Twin Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Changes to Terms
